Fun fact: The only character (at least to my knowledge) in the yugioh anime to canonically use sleeves is Rafael from the Seal of Orichalcos arc. He uses the cards from when he was a child castaway, and puts them in sleeves that match the same card back to make sure the wear and tear is covered and prevent cheating.

Just to help i'll let you know that to unlock new boosters you need to win a duel against npcs three times(all of them) so new cards can be unlocked and during the campaing some unlock too

Is The Unhappy Maiden a good pick in this game since its very low attack and defense but still a body like Thousand Eyes Idol? Just seeing if there is more space to be made with better cards.

im surprised the ai hasnt been that bad about monster reborn. everytime i see a god card summoned sacrificing weakest to strongest leaving the strongest in the grave to be revived, i keep getting ptsd of losing because it got powered up, god was powered down, and i got beat over by it.

Is there a secret ending/bonus material for this game? Cause i would like to see the bonus ending but i could only find one in german for pokemon dusk, and i know its a sequel to the 2nd game. (One specifically in English)

I was one of the people who recommended ancient lamp but when everyone has 3 change of heart you would probably just be giving away a beat stick that you can’t even use because of the torrential tributes that they have. If you still wanna go for it I think Kaiba in the overworld can drop it, I don’t know if he drops it in the hall of eternity. Also any reason you are not using dark hole? It’s much more reliable than trap cards that can be destroyed.

2:59:50 I dont think they forgot to translate that part, its just a sound that people forget is region-specific. I think the english version could be "ehm" or something. Its similar to animal noises, in germany a dog might say "wuff" or something and you would expect it to be the same everywhere since its the same sound everywhere, dogs dont have different languages yet in english regions you would still say something like "woof" instead.

Dude, this board can be absurdly frustrating with the happening spaces. At least the CPUs were the ones playing so we can make fun of them each time they screw it over and over and over. And even you have not seen when the star goes to the loop in the last 5 turns. Its really easy to see how they are hit by the laser, and how they lose all the coins needed for the star each time

This ROMhack looks really good, a nice change of pace without too many aggressive changes like Crystal Clear did, not that it was a bad thing by any mean, it's just refreshing to see a genuine improvement of the original game by adding a lot of new features without compromising anything from the original experience, but rather making it even better with all the attention to details especially.

The fact that this game came out *after* both Eternal Duelist Soul and Stairway to the Destined Duel absolutely boggles the mind. Maybe they made it so hard that even the game designers refused to playtest it.
